I was truly surprised by the professional workmanship we received from Tall Pine Roofing. Their crew spotted deficiencies in our plywood on the West side of our house and replaced so many at less the quoted price. All debris was gingerly removed. Dumpster came the day before and left the day after. I feel comfortable with a roof that will last thirty plus years.

I am very happy with my new roof. The price was competitve. Not the lowest, not the highest. I got 6 estimates and did my homework. Jamie was easy to work with, and everything was as promised! They accommodated my request around scheduling. Project manager was there the whole time. 1 day as promised. They were there early and worked late to complete the job and didn't rush clean up. I would recommend!

Tall Pine Roofing did a great job doing my roof. Starting with Ben giving me the quote on how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Philip and his crew did an excellent job on the roof including reflashing the chimneys. They were very professional doing everything that I was quoted and a little extra without trying to charge anything more. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them if anyone is looking to get their roof replaced.

We own a 1780’s cape with an addition. We noticed a sag near the chimney and discovered that the original barn boards had rotted out.
Salesman, Tom Bibeau was driving by and saw my husband up on the roof. Stopped and conversed with my husband, within 15 mins, the owner Sean was here. Tom and Sean made a plan, we had an acceptable quote of work that evening from Tom and the roof was repaired within 3 days. Tom saw the project through to the end. The roof workers were respectable and cleaned everything up before leaving. We went with Owen’s Corning shingles and have had many compliments on how good our roof looks. My parents are next on Tall Pine’s list of jobs!

I ultimately selected Tall Pine Roofing for my siding project, and I can honestly say the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
Over the past ten years, I've hired many contractors for various home projects. This is the first company that has left me looking for additional projects simply because I would hire them again. When it's time to replace my roof, I won't be shopping around. Every time I pull into my driveway, I'm reminded how much they transformed my home. I deserved this.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Tom Bibeau initially. The quotation and scope of work was professional, clear, and thorough. They contacted me well in advance to schedule the project, kept me informed about the delivery of the dumpster and materials, and consistently let me know what to expect throughout the installation.
One of the biggest lessons I learned during this entire process is that the installation crew matters more than the product itself. Tall Pine's crew, led by Dan, was exceptional. There were typically two to five installers on site each day. They were experienced, professional, precise, and respectful of my home. They worked as a coordinated team, cleaned up thoroughly each evening, and even made sure my dog gates were closed before leaving each day (a problem I had with a previous contractor). It genuinely felt like they treated my home as if it were their own.
The foreman was organized, communicative, and highly consultative throughout the project. Whenever they uncovered something unexpected, he explained the issue, discussed the options, and walked me through how they planned to correct it along with any associated costs.
One example stood out. After removing the old siding, they discovered that an enclosed porch addition had been built using pressure-treated lumber where aluminum trim would be installed. Because pressure-treated wood can react with aluminum over time, they proactively replaced the material with a more appropriate product at no additional cost. I never would have known the difference, but they chose to do it correctly rather than simply covering it up. It demonstrated their experience and attention to detail as well as a commitment to quality.
They consulted me on small finishing details like the color of the exterior outlets, dryer vent, and utility fixtures. I didn't realize I’d care about such things until I saw the finished result.
The crew arrived on time every morning and worked steadily throughout the day, sometimes even in less-than-ideal weather when conditions allowed. Watching the project unfold gave me a new appreciation for how much preparation goes into a quality siding installation. Removing the old siding, repairing areas as needed, installing house wrap, preparing trim, and carefully finishing every detail required far more work than I had imagined.
My installation took approximately two weeks. I have a larger home, the original siding had a significant number of nails to remove, and several days of heavy rain delayed progress.
Throughout the project, I was visited twice by the project manager and twice by the owner. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the work, answer any questions, and address any concerns before they became problems. My questions were minor, but each one was treated seriously and resolved promptly. That level of involvement gave me confidence that if a significant issue had come up, it would have been handled just as professionally.
At the time of writing, the siding installation is complete. The only remaining items are a few pieces of specialty window trim that were backordered and the gutter installation, which will be completed by a separate crew.
Looking back on the entire process, I made the right decision. The product is excellent, but more importantly, I have complete confidence in the people who installed it. For me, that ultimately proved to be the most important part of the project.

Every homeowner dreads the idea of needing to replace their roof — at least we did. It’s expensive, it’s messy, it takes forever; the list of apprehensions goes on and on. We started researching once we had enough money set aside to complete the project and came across an ad for Tall Pine Roofing on Facebook and decided to give them a try since they offered free estimates. The salesman, Ben, who came to do our estimate was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave us our quote, wasn’t pushy at all, and was even willing to work with us to find a plan that worked for our budget. The quote approval process was easy and scheduling was simple. The crew who came for install day was efficient and professional. We had just planted some new flowers in front of our house and we asked them to take care not to damage them and they were very respectful of our request. They did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards and we're very happy with the finished project.

I had thought I had an ant problem at my roof and called Tall Pines to come inspect for issues. They were professional and kind . Ultimately I needed to replace the roof in order to find any damage. Fortunately there were no ant related damages. But now I can rest easy knowing that it will last years. I appreciate all the time they spent answering my questions. They came with a great team that completed the project in one day!!

Highly recommend Tall Pine Roofing. This company is incredible. We just got our roof done December 12th. This company went beyond and above my roof had a bunch of snow on it since we had 2 storms. Some how they shovel off our roof and took all the old shingles off and put new ones on in one day. Even my neighbors came to us the next day and said they were so impressed how they did all that in one day .. They didn’t even charge us for shoveling off the roof. Not to mention I had to reschedule them a few times cause my tree company keep needing to reschedule us . They were so easy to work. If we ever get a new house in the future we will hire this company again. Best company we have ever worked with . Thank you everyone at Tall Pine Roofing.. We really appreciate you guys. This is a great local company in Deerfield to work with. Ben, Kim, Kurtis, and Phil were very professional and made the entire process easy to navigate. The roof and skylight installation was quickly scheduled and the end result came out great. The actual crew doing the installation were highly skilled laborers and completed the installation in a single day. At Tall Pine, Ben and Kurtis provide the initial consultation. Sean (owner) and Kurtis (Sales Person) did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They tore off 2 layers of roofing material and replaced sheets of ply wood before installing the new roof system. They also properly sealed around our stink pipe and our electrical pole. Their crew was amazing because they showed up, worked, and cleaned as they went. 2 roofs (our house and garage) were done in one day. The next day it poured rain and no leaks! Our place looks amazing! As I type this their subcontractor (603 Seamless Gutters) is installing gutters on our home and garage. Tall Pine Roofing is excellent! Their customer service is outstanding, they go into great detail in their proposal, down to the type of nail they were going to use, I was highly impressed. Not something I have found with any other companies. They are fair and don’t try to gouge you or sell you something you don’t need, you can tell they are really looking out for you. They communicate every step of the way and are easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. Their team is like a well oiled machine and you can tell they love to make their customers happy and take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Tall Pines Roofing and am so thankful that we found them. I will definitely be using them for any future projects we need and will be referring them to all my friends.
